24/7 Emergency Dispatch

Backflow emergency? We answer around the clock.

Leaking or burst assemblies, freeze damage, relief valves that won’t stop dumping, or a shut-off deadline tomorrow: call our emergency line any time, day or night.

(425) 361-8886

Call the emergency line if…

Water is spraying or pouring

A cracked body, blown test cock or failed fitting on your assembly.

The RP relief valve won’t stop

Continuous discharge that’s flooding a room, a yard or a parking area.

Freeze damage

An assembly split during a cold snap, especially after the thaw starts.

Shut-off deadline

Your purveyor has set a disconnection date and you need a test or repair fast.

What to do while you wait

  1. Stop the water. Close the shut-off valves on either side of the assembly (turn the handles so they’re perpendicular to the pipe). If you can’t reach them, close your main shut-off or the valve at the meter.
  2. Keep people clear. Water near electrical equipment or on walkways is a hazard. If power is involved, stay away and call an electrician.
  3. Suspect contamination? If your water looks, smells or tastes unusual, don’t drink it, and call your water purveyor right away as well as us.
  4. Take a few photos of the assembly and any tag on it. It helps us bring the right parts.

Call now: (425) 361-8886. Tell us your address, what’s happening and whether the water is shut off. For routine scheduling, use (206) 549-4992 during business hours.

Emergency FAQs

Do you really answer at night and on weekends?

Yes. The emergency line is monitored 24/7. Outside business hours, we’ll talk through the situation, help you stop the water and dispatch when it’s a true emergency.

Does after-hours service cost more?

After-hours dispatch may include an emergency service fee. We’ll tell you exactly what it is on the phone before anyone heads your way.

My water was shut off for a missed test. Can you help today?

Call us. We’ll prioritize a test (and any repair it needs), then file the passing report with your purveyor right away so they can restore service.
